At Simia, we strive to create a positive, creative, and safe environment for all users. By using our platform, you agree to these guidelines and our Prohibited Use Policy. These rules are designed to ensure that all users can enjoy the platform responsibly, and that content shared with the community adheres to high ethical standards.

Community Guidelines:

1. Respect Others:
   Treat all members of the Simia community with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected categories will not be tolerated.

   Simia is a space for creative expression. We encourage you to create and share content, but it should be original or properly attributed. Do not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Respect Privacy:
   Never share personal information (yours or others’) without consent. You are responsible for protecting your own privacy and the privacy of others.

4. Social Media Sharing:
   Users are encouraged to share their generated content from Simia on social media platforms. However, when doing so, please ensure that your shared content:

• Does not infringe on anyone else's rights or violate these guidelines.

• Includes appropriate disclaimers if it contains parody or impersonates a public figure.

• Does not promote harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

5. Be Kind and Constructive:
   Provide helpful feedback. Personal attacks, offensive language, or disruptive behavior that targets others will not be allowed.

Prohibited Use Policy:

While Simia is a platform for creativity, there are certain prohibited uses of our services to ensure the safety and respect of all users. By using Simia, you agree not to:

1. Create Harmful or Offensive Content:

• Illegal Activities: You must not use Simia to engage in illegal activities, such as creating or sharing child exploitation material, engaging in harassment, or disseminating harmful or offensive content.

• Explicit and Offensive Content: You cannot generate, upload, or share content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory.

2. Engage in Fraudulent or Abusive Practices:

• Deceptive Impersonation: Do not use Simia to impersonate others or deceive people into believing generated content is real (e.g., impersonating a public figure, creating misleading content, etc.).

• Fraud and Scams: Do not use Simia to promote financial scams, phishing, or fraudulent behavior.

3. Engage in Harmful Activities or Misinformation:

• Promotion of Violence or Harm: You must not create or share content that encourages or glorifies violence, abuse, or illegal activities.

• Spreading Misinformation: Any content that intentionally spreads misinformation, particularly regarding health, safety, or well-being, is prohibited.

4. Impersonate Public Figures or Misuse Likeness:

• Unauthorized Use of Public Figures: You may not use Simia’s platform to impersonate public figures or create content that misleads others into thinking it is an actual endorsement or affiliation with a real person.

• Likeness of Characters: Any content that mimics or replicates the likeness of real persons (especially public figures) should be handled with caution. Always ensure that you respect intellectual property rights.

5. Commercial Misuse of the Platform:

• Unauthorized Commercial Use: If you are a free user, you cannot use Simia for commercial purposes. This includes selling, reselling, or using Simia-generated content for business activities unless explicitly allowed.

• Misuse of Content: You may not commercially exploit any content generated on Simia without adhering to the terms outlined in your subscription or use agreement.

6. Manipulation of the Platform or Violations of Security:

• No Hacking or Security Breaches: You may not attempt to interfere with the platform's security or access data without authorization.

• Data Scraping: You cannot scrape or extract data from Simia for any other purpose than those allowed by the platform.

Enforcement of These Policies:

Simia takes violations of these Community Guidelines and Prohibited Use Policy seriously. If we find that you have violated any part of these policies:

• Content removal: We may remove content that violates these guidelines.

• Account suspension: In severe cases, your account may be suspended or terminated.

• Legal Action: For serious infractions, Simia reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

If you believe content or behavior on the platform violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately. We review all reports carefully and take appropriate action.

Important Reminders for Sharing Content on Social Media:

• Respect copyright: When sharing content created on Simia, ensure that you have the rights to any third-party materials used, including music, artwork, or likenesses.

• Content Disclaimers: If your content features parody or impersonates a public figure, make sure to include a clear disclaimer indicating that the content is fictional and not associated with the real individual.
